A very nice quarter plate tintype of a young Union soldier standing at attention. He holds a rifle and bayonet at his side. There’s great detail visible in his accoutrements—in the eagle breast plate particularly. The image is in excellent condition with just some minor crazing limited mainly to the lower half of the image. Comes housed in leather half case.
