A nice patriotic cover featuring a federal eagle looking on fretfully while a rattlesnake representing the south coils around a sword representing the military might of the north. This represents how Confederate forces seized federal installations throughout the south during the months leading up to conflict. The cover is unused and measures about 5 1/2” x 3”.
